We are not familiar with this option,  It might be expensive but there is an airport in les Cayes and an heliport at île à Vache.

or ask us to call a driver to take you to Les Cayes, It could be around 150$

By Bus:

There are several bus companies with air conditioner that take you to Les Cayes:

LES CAYES TO ILE A VACHE

When you arrive to Les Cayes get a moto-taxi to the port to go to île à Vache:
(about 25 Gourdes - 5 minutes).

Public boats: Part at 13:00h- 13:30h : 30min-40min ride.

Take the ones to Kakok

From île-a-vache (Kakok/ Caille-Coq) to Les Cayes they leave at 8h-8:30 and arrive at 9:30 100G + 10G for the person that carries you on his back so you do not get wet. They do not work on Sundays .
